Home is in great shape inside and out. It has a new pool cage, clean pool and a new roof. There was no water penetration inside the home so everything is fresh and clean. Everything has been professionally checked, certified, and is in working condition. Cape Coral is totally open for business and all the Cape Coral restaurants and shops as well as popular restaurants in Cape Harbour Marina (Fathoms, Oysters and Rumrunners) are open. Things grow back quickly in Florida and all of the beautiful greenery is back. Home is ready for vacations, relaxing and special occasions.
Home is a beautiful, well appointed, spacious, private 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home with a screened heated pool/hot tub. It has a comfortable open floor plan with all amenities including full kitchen, laundry, and cable Internet/TV.
